即日食最佳，室溫可保存一至兩日。
如非即日食用，我們一律建議將口味內餡料含肉類或忌廉芝士的麵包，用保鮮紙包妥／放入食品用密實袋封好，然後放入普通攝氏4度雪櫃。如需保存更久，請保鮮紙包好放入freezer（冰格），食用前取出解凍至室溫加熱。可保存7日左右。

Best enjoyed on the day of purchase. Can be kept at room temperature for 1–2 days.If you are not eating it on the same day, we recommend wrapping any bread with meat or cream cheese fillings tightly in cling film or storing it in a food-safe airtight bag before refrigerating at 4°C.For longer storage, wrap well and freeze. Thaw at room temperature before reheating.Keeps well in the freezer for up to7 days.

完全解凍後，可用以下方式加熱：
- 焗爐：180度左右，包體表面噴水，3-4分鐘，直至完全熱透。
- 氣炸鍋：170-180度左右，3-4分鐘。
- 先蒸後焗：隔水蒸3-4分鐘，後焗3-4分鐘，外脆內軟。
- 不建議的微波爐懶人加熱法：0秒10秒地加熱，直至熱透。
↳ 微波爐會令貝果口感更軟，不能做到外脆內軟。
↳微波爐叮太長時間包體會過硬，需逐少地加熱

Once fully thawed, reheat using one of the following methods:
- Oven // Preheat to 180°C. Lightly mist the bagel with water and bake for 3–4 minutes, or until heated through.
- Air Fryer // Heat at 170–180°C for 3–4 minutes.
- Steam & Bake // Steam for 3–4 minutes, then bake for another 3–4 minutes for a crispy crust and soft, chewy interior.
- Microwave (Not Recommended)
Heat in 10-second intervals until warmed through.
↳Microwaving will result in a softer texture and will not achieve a crispy exterior.
↳Overheating in the microwave may make the bagel tough, so reheat gradually.

Our stamp card is exclusively available for in-store purchases. Online orders are not eligible for stamp collection, and stamps cannot be issued retrospectively.

目前所有貝果及部分常溫點心（包括司康、香蕉蛋糕等）均可選擇順豐冷運寄送。我們會以冷凍狀態包裝出貨，收到後只需按照建議方式解凍、加熱，即可享用接近出爐時的風味。

由於生乳卷需要較嚴格的保存條件，暫時不提供順豐寄送服務，僅限大坑門店自取，或安排即日步兵送貨。如需選擇步兵送貨，請於下單後透過 Instagram DM 聯絡我們，相關運費將由客人自行負責。

All bagels and selected ambient pastries (including scones and banana bread) are available for SF Express refrigerated delivery. All orders will be shipped in a frozen condition. Please follow the recommended thawing and reheating instructions after receiving your order to enjoy the best texture and flavour.

Due to storage and transportation requirements, our fresh cream roll is currently not available for SF Express delivery. It is only available for:

・Self pick-up at our Tai Hang store

・Same-day delivery by local courier (delivery fee will be covered by the customer)
